Refund Policy

The deposit books the project and covers kickoff and the start of design. If we have not started work, email ibrahim.brandcollab@gmail.com and we will look at a refund. Once kickoff is done and design has started, the deposit is not refundable.

The second payment is due when the website is finished, before we hand over the live site. If the finished site does not match the brief we agreed, we correct it in the revision pass included in the package.

Care is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. We do not refund a month that has already been billed.
